Do women that wear tummy shirts look trashy?

I think it only looks trashy when the person wearing it can't pull it off (overweight) or if they are gonna be wearing shorts and showing cleavage with it. Sometimes it shows the wrong message to boys, but only if your showing more skin with it or how high it is.
