What does it mean when a guy says he loves you more than money itself?

This guy and I are sorta together and we talk everyday and we both really like each other and when he told me this it really took me by surprise because he's more of a flirty guy/ party goer and he even said he would quit his bad habits for me. I really feel like I'm falling for him.. He makes me smile and calls me beautiful. Do you think that he's actually ready to get serious?
