Quicken Loans Arena, Britney Spears Concert Question!!?

i bought section 200 and the row i got was 3 but why is it more expensive for getting higher rows? it cost more for a row higher than 3? why is that? and what quantity is it talking about when you buy the ticket? i need a professional concert goer? hahahah just please help me with this answer! thank you!
