Protestant Christians: Is it true a person doesn't need a "first communion" to have communion? How come?

The Catholic church says you got to, and they lose church goers because either they missed first communion or they did sex acts without being married by the church first... I'm not Christian at all... but I can't believe you are protesting against that really, but then your single protest changed to hundreds of different types of Christian Protestant believes... how can you know your religion is right when there are so many? but I really just want to know if it's true that you can go to the church and get free grape juice and a piece of bread without being baptised, if you try to listen to the church and understand and be their friend out of being a simple good person... I mean you'd let people get free juice and bread without being baptised or a first communion? explain your thought on that please... best answer 10 points...
