How did ancient ninjas conceal poison darts?

Ninjas would conceal poisoned darts in their sleeves, that way they could throw them quickly. They also concealed small darts called Fukibari in their mouths which they would blow at an enemy by rolling their tongue (they wouldn't be poisonous though because you couldn't carry poison in your mouth).
