My right upper arm hurts. But, the pain also tingles to the bottom half. Why?

Its major pain. Brings me to the extent of tears sometimes for the amount of pain given. It somewhat aches in the area of the "gina" . Or I think that's what its called. The part that is on the under side of my arm where my elbow would be. (Basically, place opposite from my elbow.)
