I need to kick the habit of watching porn and lusting.?

I'm a 15 year old male who watches porn almost every day, if not, every other day. Sometimes when I really want to watch it, I have to find different alternatives to it. I really want to kick this habit of mine because it is ruining my life and also disrupting me from daily activities. It also restrains me inside my own home. I am a Christian, and I feel that lately I have not bonded with the Lord recently and I feel like soon enough I will be lost to him forever. Please help me try to solve this, I really hope to be a better person. Also, I can't help but to look at the opposite gender in a lustful way. I want to look at someone and not think wrong about them in a bad way. Please help! Thanks a lot -
