Question about the separation of church and state?

If the church is renting the space on Sundays and paying a fair amount for that space, it is legal. If on the other hand the school board is allowing the church to use that space without paying, you might ask if you could get the same exact deal for weekly atheist meetings. If you get turned down, you have a reason to call in the ACLU.
