What to buy a spoiled child?

I will be attending a birthday party for my 9 year old cousin. I've been noticing over the years, he's become quite a brat when it comes to toys, treats, and video games. I want to buy him something he'll enjoy, but I don't want to feed his spoiled nature. He's asking for items that are well beyond the average party-goer's income such as: a 3DS, iPod Touch, and some very expensive Lego sets. He has toys enough, and he can stand to shed a few pounds... any ideas? My budget has to be less than 50 dollars.
