My mom is mad at me because I didn't wake up early enough to go to church, what should I do?

Church starts at 9am, we are not regular church goers but we do go. I woke up to my mom taking my Bible out of my room and I was like we didn't you wake me I wanted to go too. She gave a whole speech about it's my responsibility and it hurt my feelings, I know it is my fault for not waking up earlier but the night before she was feeling really bad and usually she want go to church if she is feeling sick so I just slept in. I feel so bad what should I tell her? T_T
